It all began with the most valuable thing—an idea that, on a scientific and practical level, would solve the problem of extending the life cycle of coffee worldwide and contribute to a cleaner planet… and we succeeded!
Driven by our passion for coffee and innovation, we conducted a series of scientific and technical studies (which we continue today), developed, and patented a unique bioprocessing technology for spent coffee grounds (SCG), transforming them into the nutritious and delicious COFFEE FLOUR
For reference: Each ton of spent coffee grounds (SCG) processed by us prevents 340 m3 of methane emissions into the atmosphere. As a result, the coffee flour we produce is not only beneficial for consumers but also for the environment.
